Overview

Description: Geofencing allows the developer to define an area to determine if a Sprint device is inside or outside the defined area.

Specific capabilities that can be defined:

• Geofence Size
• Frequency of LBS Check (utilizes the Sprint Precision LBS network service)
• Length of Geofence Availability (define how long the system wants to check the geofence)

Uses: Monitoring, Friend/Family, Employee Monitoring, Trip Tracking, Social Networking
