The BlackBerry® App World™ is a direct-to-consumer storefront for discovering and purchasing applications made for BlackBerry® smartphones. It provides support for both free and paid applications, for Java and Browser applications and offers an 80/20-revenue split with developers.
The storefront has been launched in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Austria, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Portugal, Brazil, Venezuela, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Panama, Costa Rica, Jamaica, Aruba, Bahamas, Cayman Islands, Barbados, Trinidad & Tobago and Dominican Republic.
BlackBerry® Developer Zone
The BlackBerry® Developer Zone is the central place for developers to get tools, resources and information to develop, test and distribute for the BlackBerry® Application Platform.1 In order to get access to tools and resources for development and testing, you will need to register for access to the BlackBerry® Developer Zone. In order to get your Developer Zone account, you will need to:

- Agree to the BlackBerry® SDK License Agreement
