Customer privacy protection is core to the innovation agenda at Sprint. We want to share privacy resources with the App Development Community to help you stay informed and step up to privacy by design stewardship.

 

Developer Guidelines

Developers creating content (examples are applications, web pages, streaming video, etc) that Sprint customers can access must comply to Sprint's Content Standards (see below), Sprint’s Privacy Policy, Sprint’s Acceptable Use Policy, and  the Mobile Marketing Association’s guidelines.

 

“Content Standards” means the standards that the Developer will maintain for the Application(s) and Developer Content and not: facilitate or promote illegal activity, or contain content that is illegal; or contain content that is defamatory, obscene, distasteful, racially or ethnically offensive, harassing, or that is discriminatory based upon race, gender, color, creed, age, sexual orientation, or disability; or contain sexually suggestive or explicit content; or infringe upon or violate any right of any third party; or disparage, defame, or discredit Sprint or any Sprint affiliate, or contain content that is derogatory, detrimental, or reflects unfavorably on the name or business reputation of Sprint or any Sprint affiliate, or otherwise contain content that violates any rules, regulations or policies of the Federal Communications Commission or other governmental entities of competent jurisdiction.
