First Name
First Name of the person who is signing up and also responsible to answer any questions related to account validation.
Last Name
Last name of the person responsible for answering any questions related to account validation.
Display Name
A short name to identify you or your organization when sending SMS\MMS to your users. Display name should be a maximum of 10 characters and no space or special characters. (i.e. if the short name is ADP, a sample SMS\MMS from this user, looks like- “ADP: This is a test message”)
Email
The email is used for communication related to Sprint Services Framework such as threshold, credits recharge notifications and scheduled system maintenance notifications. Your email address will never be sold or used for purposes other than those related to ADP.
Phone
The phone number is used to contact you if there are any issues with your account which cannot be resolved via email.
Company Name
Please provide us the name of your company so that we can learn more about you. If you are an individual or don't have a company, enter “None”
Company Website
Please provide us the website of your company so that we can learn more about you. If you are an individual or don't have a website, enter “None”
Product Name
Please provide the name of the product you are developing to consume Sprint services. If you don’t have a product name right now, please enter “Unknown.”
Product Description
A brief explanation of the product you are intending to develop. If you don’t have a product description, please let us know the reason for access to Sprint Services Framework.

Third Party Company Name
If you're developing this product as a third party for another company, put their name here. (i.e. If you are from ABC organization and developing an application for XYZ organization, then XYZ is the third party company name and should go here).
Third Party Contact Name
The name of the individual you are developing the application for.
Third Party Email Address
An email address that the third party can contacted at.
Third Party Phone Number
A phone number the third party can be contacted at in the event of an issue which can’t be resolved via. email.
