Windows Mobile

Sprint supports three different versions of Windows Mobile on its devices: Pocket PC devices running on Windows Mobile 2003, Pocket PC Phone Edition running on Windows Mobile 5.0, and Microsoft SmartPhone based on Windows Mobile 2003. Look in this section for information on how to choose the proper toolkits for the devices you are targeting as well as Sprint-specific information on deploying applications on our devices.

Microsoft has taken 5 of the best Hands-on Labs from MEDC 2006 and made them Virtual Labs. These are Hands-on Labs that are available for anyone developing on the Sprint network, via a Web Browser. Members of our community can download the Lab Manuals and walk through the entire lab at their own pace and as many times as they wish, providing another source of training and hands-on experience for developing Windows Mobile based applications.
