Sprint Partners with Clearwire to Offer 4G WiMAX
 In partnership with Clearwire, Sprint offers early access to the 4G network and 4G WiMAX developer program.
The 4G network is made possible by the Sprint and Clearwire partnership. Sprint 4G is delivered on nationwide WiMAX network being built by Clearwire. That network enables Sprint to offer 4G in addition to its existing 3G network.

Clearwire's partners ownership interests:(Ownership interest based on percentage of shares outstanding at $17 collar price at close) Clearwire has built in Silicon Valley a 4G innovation network using several cell sites. Their innovation partners include Sprint, Cisco, Comcast, Google, Intel, Bright House, Time Warner. Sprint is interested in engaging the application and the device development communities to help develop the kinds of application and services that simply cannot be developed at Sprint or at Clearwire or Intel or Google. The development community provides the innovation and drive to develop applications that can leverage the speed of Sprint 4G.
