Pricing Structure

Sprint ensured the pricing structures matched our target audience by making two plans available: The Simply Everything(sm) Plan and Any Mobile, Anytime(sm).


The Simply Everything Everything(sm) Plan

With this Sprint plan, the customer receives unlimited nationwide calling, texting and surfing available in both individual and family plans. This plan secures Sprints existing base of customers by avoiding overage and monthly savings.


Any Mobile, Anytime(sm) with Everything Data Plans

With this plan, Sprint provides unlimited, anytime nationwide calling and texting on any network; 3G data; picture; and video messaging as well as Sprint TV(r); GPS Navigation; NFL Mobile Live; and NASCAR Sprint Cup Mobile(sm). This plan brings in new customers by providing them with unlimited wireless calling and useful device features.

Ready Now

Ready NowReady Now is Sprint’s revolutionary in-store program helping consumers break the fear of their wireless experience. Sprint provides hands-on set up for the customer and education on their handset. The Ready Now experience allows customers the most out of their handsets.


Ready Now ensures the customer leaves feeling fully prepared to use the key services of the device and service plan. Customers can take advantage of the service during initial activation or make an appointment at their convenience.


The Ready Now program is one of the largest drivers of improving customer satisfaction. A third of our customers are less likely to churn if introduced to a Ready Now session in the first 30 days. We've also seen our return rate on PDAs drop by 50% if the customer has gone through a Ready Now session.
